RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zenphonic, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for products that are defective or functionally impaired upon arrival. To qualify for a return:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and housed in the original packaging.

  • Inclusions: All accessories, manuals, and freebies originally included must be returned with the item.

2. Replacement or Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

  • Refund: If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Please note that Zenphonic cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you no longer want the item or prefer a different model/color after purchase.

  • Customer Error: Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong size or compatibility).

  • Usage & Damage: Any product that shows signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.

  • Expired Window: Requests made after the 7-day eligibility period.

4. Shipping & Liability

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Transit Risk: Zenphonic is not liable for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and ensuring the package is securely padded.

5. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the purchase. In specific cases, an alternative method may be used if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
