PRE-ORDER POLICY

At Zenphonic, we offer you the chance to secure the lazendb tech and gadgets before they officially hit the shelves. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the following terms:

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock but expected to arrive soon. Placing a Pre-Order ensures you are among the first to receive the product once it becomes available.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: To confirm a Pre-Order, a minimum advance payment of [e.g., 20% to 50%] or the full amount is required, depending on the product type.

  • Confirmation: Your order will only be processed once the advance payment is verified via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

  • Balance Payment: If you paid a partial deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before the product is dispatched or via Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Time (ETD)

  • Every Pre-Order item will have an estimated arrival date (e.g., 15–25 working days).

  • Delays: Please note that international shipping, customs clearance, and global supply chain issues can sometimes cause delays. Zenphonic is not liable for such unforeseen delays, but we will keep you updated.

4. Pricing Guarantee

  • The price at the time of your Pre-Order is final. Even if the market price increases when the stock arrives, you will pay the original Pre-Order price.

  • However, if there are significant changes in government taxes or dollar exchange rates, Zenphonic reserves the right to adjust the final price with prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellation: Once a Pre-Order is confirmed and the deposit is paid, it cannot be canceled or refunded if you change your mind, as we secure the unit specifically for you.

  • Zenphonic Cancellation: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability from the manufacturer or shipping issues, a 100% full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.

6. Product Specifications

While we strive for accuracy, manufacturers may occasionally make minor changes to the final product design or packaging. We will ensure you receive the authentic model as described.
