RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Zenphonic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective. The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included.


Replacement or Refund

If the returned product is available in stock, a replacement will be provided. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to process after approval.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, used or physically damaged products, or return requests made after 7 days.


Courier and Shipping

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Zenphonic is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping caused by the courier service.


Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method.
